2014 Premier 45 (Botin/Carkeek)
Designed by Botin/Carkeek and built by Premier Composite Technologies in Dubai, the Premier 45 combines high-performance racing pedigree with refined cruising capability.
As Sales & Marketing Consultant for Premier Composite Technologies, Joe managed the international sales process. The transaction required a detailed sales and marketing strategy and a suitable photoshoot, to show this fabulous yacht to an international audience.
1988 Farr 80 Round-the-World Maxi
Originally built as a Whitbread Round the World Maxi, Flying Merit was successfully marketed and sold from Spain to a new owner in the United States.
The sale involved international brokerage, coordination between multiple parties and the management of a complex overseas transaction, demonstrating experience with large custom racing yachts and international ownership transfers.
2001 Ron Holland 100' Super Maxi
One of the largest yachts represented, Hyundai was successfully sold from Sweden to Switzerland.
Working closely with the owner and purchaser, the transaction required careful coordination, negotiation and management throughout the brokerage process.
2012 Hugh Welbourn Infiniti 36 (DSS)
An innovative Infiniti 36 incorporating Hugh Welbourn's Dynamic Stability System (DSS), Foiled represented a highly specialised performance yacht requiring targeted international marketing.
The yacht was successfully sold from the United Kingdom to a new owner in Australia.
